The story of my career.
*To start this story we must travel to the past when I was about 8 years old, when I had my first contact with the kitchen, where the love for cooking and experimenting with flavors and colors in food is born.
Love was born when I saw my grandmother cook in the season of the dead, a delicious mole, rice and bean tamales. When I saw her cook I was curious to know if I could do it too.
As soon as I tried and I saw that I could do it, it began to attract my attention to be able to do more complicated things and I began to see a reality show where they made personalized cakes to the client.From that moment I loved the kitchen and since then I have the dream of having my own chain of restaurants to be a recognized chef.
In the career of gastronomy we can develop in different branches such as the preparation of food, the organization of a kitchen, take the administration and even the creation of new dishes.
