  Labour field  A chef can function in many places such as: in a restaurant you can work as an executive chef, chef de cuisine, Sous chef and pastry chef. We can also work in social salons, as a Sommelier or as an entrepreneur, you can also be a chef instructor and transmit your knowledge. as main goals I have always had the idea of having my own chain of restaurants, with the reason that this chain is mine and my brothers, it is more like a project that I want to share with my family, but before doing so I would like to work on a cruise that is quite long and also in some other prestigious restaurant to continue acquiring knowledge and enjoy it

Occupational Profile In this aspect you must comply with qualities such as:  being able to lead your kitchen team, keep calm when any emergency arises in the kitchen, know how to work on a lot of pressure, solve the problems that arise, have values like. honesty, respect,  responsibility among others.with these skills   with these skills   we as Chefs can reach quite high in a kitchen (in a matter of occupying a position within the kitchen) since our performance is practically perfect in the kitchen, in my opinion in the kitchen we do not have second chances because the client will only ask once for the dish and our responsibility is to impress that client with that single opportunity

   Professional Profile In order to be in the Gastronomy career you must meet certain points for in the kitchen an organized person will allow you. 1. lead a team in kitchen  2. budgeting for food and ingredients                3. determine the amounts needed for your services   4. prepare recipes with precision and little waste Fulfilling these aspects and skills we can work in a healthy and joint holder, the latter is very important because the kitchen is about working as a team, although we want to go further than the others that does not influence that we should not work as a team since with them we will be able to give a better service and a better dish.

The story of my career.

*To start this story we must travel to the past when I was about 8 years old, when I had my first contact with the kitchen, where the love for cooking and experimenting with flavors and colors in food is born. Love was born when I saw my grandmother cook in the season of the dead, a delicious mole, rice and bean tamales.  When I saw her cook I was curious to know if I could do it too. As soon as I tried and I saw that I could do it, it began to attract my attention to be able to do more complicated things and I began to see a reality show where they made personalized cakes to the client. From that moment I loved the kitchen and since then I have the dream of having my own chain of restaurants to be a recognized chef.   In the career of gastronomy we can develop in different branches such as the preparation of food, the organization of a kitchen, take the administration and even the creation of new dishes.                   ...
