In this aspect you must comply with qualities such as:

 being able to lead your kitchen team, keep calm when any emergency arises in the kitchen, know how to work on a lot of pressure, solve the problems
that arise, have values like. honesty, respect, responsibility among others.with these skills 



with these skills we as Chefs can reach quite high in a kitchen (in a matter of occupying a position within the kitchen) since our performance is practically perfect in the kitchen, in my opinion in the kitchen we do not have second chances because the client will only ask once for the dish and our responsibility is to impress that client with that single opportunity
